Hi
I wanted to start the 12 Step program as i came to realise that i need something more than the 90 day chart, and i seem to be going round and round in circles, not knowing where to start and with what to start!!!

But it seems that the whole discussion about 12 steps is for people who are in the program but not articles explaining the program, how it works and basic steps to start doing it and getting it to work!!!

Did someone tell you that you need a 12 step program? If he did, why don't you ask him? Like I wrote before, it is done at meetings. Do a search online for an sa meeting in your neighborhood.

If you're near me, go past the matanuska glacier, meander on the seward highway, take the third left in the talkeetna mountains, wave to the grizzlies in chugach state park, drive on the gravel road past the third Eskimo igloo. There, you will find an abandoned Nike missile site. We meet there every Monday at 10, and Wednesdays at 2:30.
