u guys are so right, but i don't know...

Why don't I call my wife first before I act out and tell her all about it... It is so true what u say, I am afraid of joining a group because then she would have to suffer me.

Now I still manage somehow...

It is so true. I am letting go, as much as I can. I am learning the hard way like the addicts i find in the literature. Going going going until they can't go anymore.

But it is true, I shouldn't blame my wife. And it is blame.

I should call SA, the lust will return and I didn't give up my control.

There are other very nice AA talks there, as well. Sandy just passed away last year and his talks are all funny, deep, and focused on the inner work in a very real way rather than just 'talk'. Have a nice day, good man.

Sandy B (AA speaker) on YouTube is really fantastic. Thank you Dov. Also I am reading the AA Big Book.
Yesterday I had sort of a dangerous situation - it wasn't a slip, I think. I felt low on energy and saw a trailer from Star Wars and I knew that wasn't a good idea and then there were some funny videos with dressed women. I felt it, I am about to take the first drink. So I went to listen to Sandy and didn't watch anything.
So no fall, no slip.
Why is Sandy fantastic? He talks about the spiritual experience that can restore us to sanity, to being sober and not in lust. It really is beautiful.

I feel some false pride and I am scared on the other hand. I am still not in any live group. Could this cup go pass me?
On the other hand, I don't want to get robbed of my spiritual journey. So I know and start to feel and live the "let go and let God". So why is Sandy fantastic? He talks about how to start, how to KOT intuitivly.
