I get your frustration. Emotionally its hard, but philosophically, do we really have a tieyna?
Let's break it down
Hashem created the entire cosmos, with its endless wisdom and continuously sustains the cosmos
Hashem loves you
Hashem supervises everything, so much so, that there is no such thing as coincidence
Hashem is the one that we totally rely on for sobriety 'cause we are powerless

So now, who are you really upset at? You just find the challenge daunting. Don't blame you.

now my two cents, who says that woman are prettier then men or then any other creation in the world, and because of that we do what we are not suppose to do, how about, we get excited about women just because our lusty minds drive us that way, and not because of their nice figures,
and let say they are pretty and nice, why does it have to get us excited about it, why not look at them like a beautiful stone or a tree, will we get lusty about a nice stone ot tree?, why are we getting excited for a nice women.....
get me the answers.... i dont get it....
maybe, its not them, its hashem, hashem are testing us, and thats why we get excited about them, thats exactly what hashem wants..

If we keep our eyes for our wives, we can channel all our sexual energy (and I'm not talking about Lust right now) and desire and love and appreciation of their femininity toward them, and it can be wonderful and beautiful. shivisi hashem, good point. but could i say that hashem didnt place nice trees and stones and other nice scenes in front of our eyes nearly as much as nice women. so the habit of repeatedly seeing a type of nice scene could get us attatched to it.. so dont put it front of our eyes unlike the way He puts other nice scenes in front of our eyes... also i think beautiful women are as pretty as
pretty scenes as sunsets trees waterfalls art songs..

I am married and I used to think I had to much sexual energy - more than my wife could help me with.
