Basically, I got married. Life went nuts.

I always wanted Shalom Bayit. But since all I ever thought about was {ME} I couldn't get it.

So I had to start looking at my thinking.

When am I thinking about "ME"?
-change course-

When am I thinking about "NEGATIVITY" "COMPLAINTS"
-change course-

When am I thinking about "Others"?
-good job!-

When am I feeling "Grateful"?
-good job-
