Forum can implement a hold on creating multiple users from the same IP address.
FYI, Facebook moderates each message. Mods get about .01 seconds to approve or delete.

Were you ever able to add files through the app, but just not with the recent site rehaul? I was never able to. I don't think the app included access to the file chooser activity. I have granted the permissions but it never worked for me.

New site design needs alot of help especially on mobile versions.

It is not filling the page correctly. Chopping off some of the screen with no ability to scroll right or left. (Karma buttons are getting cut off..., plus other info.)
Chat buttons are intrusive, now there are 2 of them. Chat Rooms, and GYE contact (intercom).
When opening up the editor, all emojies pop up on top.
Profile pics are huge in comparison to the rest of the posts.
Entire menu structure is displayed on the bottom of each page instead of being only visible when clicking the 3 lines menu button.

I might have more feedback as I continue to use it.
