Was up until 4am (after I posted that I’d go to sleep). Im kinda sick of talkin bout all these ups and downs... Prob goin back to Yeshiva tomorrow, so will put this in my friends room. Im also gonna try getting a GPS from my dad so I won’t need this at all. Meeting with my therapist hopefully next week

It would be best to not forget that. It also Might have a negative affect, when it’s done wrong. Especially to a person who’s already in emotional pain. A thought.
