Plus i wear a baseball cap which can be pulled down very low. and i pray alot before hand to not see anything i dont want.

Where do we start?
I’ve fallen back into watching bad YouTube vids and masterbating.
Things were going well and I was dating etc but now I’m a wreck.

Ive been discussing this all with my therapist and am unsure about the extent to which this forum will help me.
It’s been so long, the chizuk and all is nice, the ups are nice and then there’s downs and it’s like a game of cat and mouse with a lovely group of guys cheering me on etc but at the end of the day it’s not a game and one needs to actually look in the mirror and be like dude get a grip.

I’ve made serious progress in other arenas of my life and I need to get myself off this pacifier.
Working more and deeper on trauma makes me need to face myself in a more real way which makes the escape feel like a lifeline.

Someone teach me how to live.
