Shkoyach. I’m in camp, giving shiur every morning and afternoon, shmuzing with guys etc. I’m busy and accomplishing, bh.
As well, the new dose of medication I’m on has helped a lot, and all in all doing well.

I have one more week here and camp and then off to Yeshiva for Elul. Once I return to Yeshiva, I’ll be engaging in very intense trauma therapy for certain things, so I’m not so excited for that and hope it won’t ruin the zone that I’m in, but b’ezras Hashem all will be good.

Shabbos was good Baruch HaShem.
I struggled a lot to not look at one of the people’s daughters in camp. I did very well, not perfect, but when I caught myself I closed my eyes. Was very hard, Baruch HaShem.

Today as well, a girl walked passed me, I started lusting and then quickly shifted gears to realizing that it’s a person walking. Not some sexual beast.

I leave camp in the morning, will be stopping home overnight and bezras Hashem returning to Yeshiva early Monday Morning.
