I'm not sure if I've been porn free for 90 days yet, (It's around now or in the next two weeks, I think), I officially started my porn free diet after 90 days of no mz"l. What I can say I'd that I feel very different, definitely more connected, less negativity, etc. Life without porn is so much higher than with it. So celebrate away! Celebrate by thanking Hashem, make a shehakol on some Woodford, have extra concentration in the meaning of the bracha - everything is from God. He created lust & challenged us to overcome the temptation. Break down the temptations: porn is one, women in the street are another, etc. Going 90 days without falling to 1 temptation is an incredible achievement, so keep it up!

Today is number #10, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night,

Hashem, thank you, for helping me to survive, thanks to my best partner, and thank you all of you on GYE, I’m clean only because of you, it has nothing to do with me… I’m powerless, I wouldn’t be clean today without your help, I’m very happy that I’m part of this chevrah, without you, I wouldn’t be where I’m today.

i had BH yesterday a great and clean shabbes, #12, shabbes was very nice, relaxing. 

some how rhis weekend was an easy one, i dont know why, but i didnt had that struggle i used to have, BH.

im hoping, praying and working on my self i should stay clean today, and im looking out for many more clean todays, it such a good feeling when im clean, it keeps me going in all aspects, im a normal human being, i have a life, im not like an animal, its sooo god, it feels yuuum..... everything is different, my relationship with my wife and kids, my daven and learn, in job, with friends, everything.
