It's crazy funny. It's an ad for a grocery store in Monsey so somehow it made sense to them to advertise that the store is a family type store by having two young guys playing dreidel and hovering over two chassidishe kids.
Why not a mom and dad and their kids? Bc we don't put women in our magazines. So instead you have a group here that leads you to the conclusion that a) those two guys ARE the orients, or that b) they are a little creepy.

Ends up standing out a lot more than just putting a nondescript chassidishe couple with kids in there.
