HI!!!!

Wowwwww! What a day! Woke up late but was unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to mikvah in the morning! And had an unbelievable day bH!!! day number4!!!!!! And... had what of the most unbelievable maariv’s!! One that I didn’t have in many months!!! Was such an experience was amazing and learned and had a nice deep conversation with one friend (which is progress for more logical men lol) AND learned a Daf today on the side which is also progress bH!!!!

Hope my entire family HERE had a wonderful shabbos!!! So I’m gonna make a really long post now lol so everyone hold on tight lol! Firstly day #6 wow! Unbelievable! And even more unbelievable that I got to this point without crying ONCE! Why?! Because it’s GYE that helped me!!!!!! If not for them this would NOT have worked it was each day venting Etc... and it’s knowing that me and my girlfriend are still one and we’re just taking a healthy step back so we can live more productive and healthy lives!!! :-) so for day #6 I’m going so strong Bh Bh!!!! Honestly sooo different then last break but so ONE at heart!!! Feeling so much clarity and feeling so together in this doesn’t even feel like I took a break in a way cuz I have such a good mindset and such an amazing site called GYE! So... THANKU HASHEM!! For making this break so successful!! AND even if I would fall and call her or whatever I know that this is a very good way of doing a break and a PROPER mindset Bh!!! :-):-):-) so... today I read a book on Shomer negiah... so firstly for anyone struggling or not struggling yet even but can see how it can be difficult in the future ... SHOULD READ THIS BOOK!!!! It’s called “the magic touch” I personally never thought about myself seeing this area be a struggle for me now or In the future but the yetzer hara manages to grab everyone... so here I am!! And getting tremendous chizuk from this book and wow! such a real mindset! So I read a lot of it today and I’m thinking wow! She written a story in here that I feel so describes my relationship inna sense so I’m gonna share it with ya’ll and maybe the chevra will see things eye to eye with me and get a better vision of things... before I share it I am changing it a lil from the book just so it can be more accurate to my personal situation also I would like to thank everyone on this thread for giving me help and sharing all their thoughts with me I really appreciate it and you definitely will be rewarded!!!:-) so the author says this story that I will share with you but just uses a lil different details cuz it’s not exactly my story... so basically it goes like this... the chapter is called “the strongest love potion!”so this person comes to visit the author and shares his story..he starts... and says he’s been with the most attractive woman in the past! He’s had many relationships non which were deep cuz he was caught up in touch and all his relationships didn’t really get to the core... he met with this girl and didn’t seem so attracted to her... and had very deep conversations with her and there was an amazing click(for the first time he’s experiencing something like this) and he’s shmoozing hours on end with her day after day... and since this girl is coming from a more frum background he respects her and understands that she is Shomer negiah and he doesn’t have any physical contact... so after many conversations he goes and he thanks this author of the book and says after I’m gonna become more frum I will be marrying this girl... and I wanna thank you! Because your book is the real thing and so true because he says I’ve seen many many models and most attractive woman and he says this one wasn’t so much in my eyes but I appreciate her so much as a person as the real thing our values!, our goals!, our dreams!, her knowledge, her middos!, her respect!, her skills!, and he goes on and then says something so unbelievable! He says now I look at her picture and He says he’s taken aback he looks at her and he sees a gorgeous girl!.... and the story is much longer but I’m gonna cut it short for now to just apply it to my own situation so...

I think my situation is so similar... I spoke to her on the phone at the moment everything so perfect everything seemed like a lot of what I was looking for... and time went on and slowly I saw how much I really like this girl how I saw endless good in her! Not in her looks... in her middos! in her outlook of life! I cannot even give you an accurate picture of how much I grew just from knowing this girl!!! And I’ll say this today and will always know this in my heart! Wether this will work out one day or not (for a shidduch) WILL NOT take away from how much I personally grew knowing this girl! I saw in this person things which I never saw on anyone else, her kindness and care for others was something that I was taken aback by... so so many things showed me and helped me realize why I like this girl... and then later on I saw that she really is very good looking but I found it so cool that when something real develops you come to appreciate the physical more as well! Anyway I really enjoyed this book so far! And really recommend it to everyone, like even before dating... it’s so כדאי to read this! I hope everyone has an amazing week bezH and gut voch!
