Hi brothers

A lot has been the past few days, (i had off from work, so i couldnt post!).

I'v started the 12 Steps program, reading the white book and the big book, going to meetings, calling my sponsor every day, sharing with other members.

12 Steps = step zero, admitting i'm powerless... its a hard thing, i already admitted i'm a full fledged addict (took some time) the more i read in the white book the symptoms of an addict, i identified myself!

Meetings = WOW so powerful, a room full of people understanding me, havent got to be ashamed of myself, and somehow not even ashamed that i'm an addict, i'm simply a sick person (same as someone with a physical illness). and i can listen to other people's experience and grow from it.

To much to write in one post, will probably follow up.

Thanks g-d for, getting me in to the program, and for meeting / talking to such amazing people.

Wonderful quotation! Glad you like the meetings. How did you get a sponsor may I ask? I'm at a total loss..

Here is a post about how lust in small quantities dosent work for an addict.

I changed my filter, on both my computers to a white-list, when i want to change the level of my filter, they need to get a confirmation from my sponsor (via email), i can request websites by myself, and the company checks it if its ok, if not sure they ask the community group.

Re your lust rationing rationale:

How do I know if I lust with my wife? It's too subtle a definition for me. And I'd hate to say I acted out if I had sex with my wife. Maybe if I pushed her to do something she really didn't want to do. Or if she's really tired. I don't know. Please tell me what you mean.

It isnt acting out, coz you didnt do anything wrong, but it does feed the lust addiction.

True! but Sometimes you can be focused on her pleasure, just for your own lust... that you will be more comfortable, but the real drive is lust, so we need to be really honest - witch is quite hard!

Just a little update, will be sharing my step 1 today @ the meeting!
to be honest i am nervous but i know i have to do it! i need to go on with the program, that is the only hope for me!!!!!!!!
