I just saw this:

Attorneys Paul Clement and Nathan Lewin will be representing Sholom Mordechai in filing a cert petition to the court, requesting that the court agree to hear this case.The Supreme Court receives approximately 9,000 such requests each year, They grant about just seventy of them.
Please daven for Sholom Mordechai ben Rivka."

So let's guard our eyes from now until after Pesach for a zechus for Sholom Mordechai ben Rivka.
