So I will go far by believing that I am a failure?
Up until last week I was not into Mincha, this group has renewed my abilities to walk the half minute slog to the bet knesset.
So I dont know about being a pro...
Talking of Maariv, since most of the time I miss Kriyas shema with no Maariv, shouldnt I be focusing on fixing Maariv first?

We (at least Most of us) cannot determine what you should focus on first; that is for you and your Mentor/Rebbe/Mashgiach/Rebbu. This group is for Mincha.
