I'm having a full fledged lust attack. The feeling of escapism creeping up, and it's looking attractive. I've had some very tough decisions to make this week, not helping either. Besides that it's a N cycle (I haven't gone through one sober in about three years - technically it's taking longer then the usual. I feeling uncomfortable physically as well, u know what I mean?).

However I don't think it's worthwhile. It just doesn't pay. As someone put it "there is no problem that lusting doesn't make worse". So I ask you Reboish"O please keep me sober. That i should be a healthy spouse, father, friend, employee, community member. If i act out I will be checking out of real life. So help me Hashem.

So i hope you get back up, brush yourself off, feel better, and keep on going. You've had a long streak which means you're improving. So let's add some more focus, and some more tools and get going.
