Are you telling your wife about that because she encourages you to continue acting out

Alternatively is your wife your partner to help you out of lust?

Or is she your therapist?

was home alone -- my job is flexible (and I don't have a car and it's cold out,) unfortunately I guess
u could say i shouldn't b home alone but that is basically impossible
watched for an hour thru proxy on my comp but cov eyes caught it 
going thru the charade now of posting here
this stuff is too powerful - only "consolation" is that i didn't ejac (yet)
davened that i shouldn't have this today but i guess i didnt help myself out 
going away on vaca for a week and won't b alone so maybe that will be a good start
please continue with the chizuk

for those that asked, my wife used to be very mad but last time she didn't really press me on it ... prob a bad sign

I could have had a productive day today, but I told myself I was tired, etc. so I pursued a different path.  
I acted out twice this afternoon.
Home alone; wife out of town - does not help.
I don't have enough fortitude to help myself. I also like immediate gratification. I would not have survived earlier era's of history where you had to be patient. This is all part of my problem.
I could write more, etc. but thats it for now. I will try to salvage the rest of the evening/night for good things.

 Moving forward ....tomorrow being home alone what can I do not to act out?ill go to work but i know ill be home some.(9:45PM) the problem with me/us is that - we can be good for most of the day - but it only takes a couple "down" minutes to fail!.... i don't want to capitulate to victimhood but ...

You don't lose what you gained in that time of being "good" besides your streak and soberity isn't just a streak 
Soberity is a journey NOT a destination
