Hello,

I have been dealing with this addiction since I was 17. Like all of you, I have tried and failed many times to rid myself of it.

Although I am skeptical that this will work, I will give it a try nevertheless.

Welcome.
What is the "this" that you are skeptical of, if I may ask?
(Also, the real "skeptical" is a moderator here. He'll probably pop in when he gets the chance. )

While I hate to be a Negative Nancy, you're probably right. If you go in with the mindset that it probably won't work, then it probably won't (and frankly, I agree with Bigmoish that you need to define what you mean by "this". I just feel that the negative attitude will more likely lead to failure, regardless of what the goal is).

However, if you're skeptical about the possibility of breaking free from a pornography addiction, then I have to vehemently disagree with. It's definitely possible. Not easy (I can tell you that from experience, as the fact that my longest 'streak' ever is 47 days will show), but definitely possible.
