I just checked in and realized that its been 20 days so far! Since I joined this group it has been like Hashem took over and did all the hard work for me. Granted there have still been tests and 20 days have been hard, but I it's like a miracle. This is an open miracle for I didn't even realize I deserved. It's like Hashem just wanted me to make this first move of joining GYE and then he did the heavy lifting. In these 20 days, I have also seen a major improvement in my shalom bayis. It's amazing what 20 days have brought me and I am really excited for the next 20 days and beyond!

I have been struggling with porn addiction for awhile since I was single. I am not sure to be honest what triggered it but I know it started around the same time that I was going through typical male development when all boys start to get into girls. I was around 18 years old. It really started with "innocent" browsing online and then it spiraled deeper and deeper. I began to buy inappropriate magazines, and then I began to go to strip clubs. Thank G-d that is as far as it went. I haven't been to the clubs in almost 5 years. But the real problem is pornography. I can't seem to stop the browsing. This is a problem that I know will always exist as with any addiction problem. I hope that through this amazing GYE program that I will always be able to keep a lock on the problem. And I look forward to interacting with as many of you as possible. This is actually the first time that I shared this in such a public way but I feel good! And I really believe that we are actually the fortunate ones in klal yisroel. This challenge is a way of Hashem directly communicating with each of us face to face.How fortunate are we!

Plus, if they can be mechazek each other certainly we should)
