"son", the father says, "always remember to be patient, and choose your meals carefully. today i will teach you how".
after waiting a while, they see an old skinny lady walking by.
the son asks his father: "are we gonna eat her, daddy?"
"no, son". the father responds. "because after taking away the skin and the bones, theres barely anything to eat. she is simply not worth the trouble of catching and knocking out. we will wait a little longer."
some time passes, and an obese middle aged man comes waddling their way, shifting masses of flabby fat from side to side as he walked.
"what about him, daddy? he could feed us for a week!"
"no son. think of the cholesterol and the trans fat that we would ingest if we would eat him. we will wait a little longer."
a few more minutes pass, and an attractive young lady comes jogging by.
"what about her? she seems nice". asks the boy innocently.
"indeed she does" answers the cannibal father. he eyes the young lady intently for a few moments and then says, "she will do just fine. we will take her home, and eat your mother".
