I’ve been struggling for years with this issue . I’m on my way Bsd to 90 days but only on level 2 encountering problems.

Also, you spoke about Rav Hutner, I'm assuming your talking about the letter that speaks about Sheva Yipol tzadik... A beautiful peace. 

Just know though, at least for me, it's not only about getting up, you have to be smarter when you restraint and "get up". Even if it's the 7th time and you feel like this is it, I've reached the "tzadik status" , there's always more that you can do for yourself to keep youself going and give yourself a fighting chance. 
Maybe check out around the forum, read some articles,sign up for boost... Whatever your boat. We gotta take what we can get and run with it. 

Keep posting!, the more you do the more we can help you get up that final time, in which you never fall again.

Sharp Shooter (or anyone reading this) if you're feeling like me I can only sympathize with you and offer what's worked for me. Go for a walk and take note. The glorious sun is still here, the deep blue sky, puffy white clouds. Spring is turning to summer and lush green lawns are growing. Hashem's world is still a happy place. Ignore the news, models, predictions; all these "geniuses" who suddenly have Ruach HaKodesh and know what's going to happen better than the Borei Olam. (Of course do listen to your local Rabbonim/governments regarding restrictions.)
There's a second wave coming? Who said? Daven that it shouldn't, that He should take this plague away from us.
We will all get out of this bez"H. I feel your pain and loneliness, Sharp Shooter, I really do. Hang in there and make Hashem proud!
