To claim to have a cure for a lustful unmarried man is a deception.
a lustful man must first get married and then try to cure his lustfulness.

I hope some of the single chevra heresee this post. There are guys doing great - I mean some are even in the hundreds of days. Even those with smaller numbers have found methods to control/surrender and really feel good about themselves. The lustful married men are suffering from gluttony.
there maybe a GYE cure for gluttony 
but there is no GYE cure for hunger.
the lustful unmarried men are hungry for intimacy and the only cure for that is marriage.

that misery loves company

I can't agree with your theory unless you're saying you're married and you see it helps you. But it wouldn't necessarily prove anything if you're still in sheva brachot, would it?
