I would like to formally introduce myself.

It has taken me a very long time to admit to myself, that I have a real problem.

​I believe that I am still not truthful with myself, because I still feel like I can control my urges, but the truth is that I can't.

​The internet has been a tool that I have used for too long to help me escape reality. It obviously caused me to be distant from my family, Hashem and from succeeding in Parnassah.

​I hope this site can help me get better, I am just not sure how things work here.

Welcome!  This site is what you make of it.  A bunch of guys with similar problems trying to grow together and learn from each other.  What has worked, what has not worked.  Some chizzuk, some joking around.
