Hello everyone,
I've been here before over the years, but haven't made a very much progress.  Long story short, I'm in my upper 20's now and have been struggling with porn for a good fifteen years and masturbation for about ten.  I don't remember every going for more than about three or four days without them, but  lately I've been spending less time on it and I've kind of plateaued at around once a day.  I'm (again) looking to stop, and would like to be able to go to a Yom Kippur clean this year.  I can't even imagine what that would be like.
I'm married with kids and have been in kollel for several years. I would like to finally break free of this baggage from when I was younger.
I've tried to stop many times over the years and have never been fully successful.  If anyone would be able to help me stay accountable, please let me know.

Most are helping their wives with supper and putting kids to bed etc...

Welcome!  Check out the handbook.  Keep posting.  Dov's phone call really helped me.  Calling friends I made on GYE was also very helpful.  My wife catching me was also very helpful
