I am here to once again commit to trying to gain self-control over my bad sexual habits. The new GYE welcome video is actually all about ME, but let me personalize my story so that I can hopefully get the support that I need to hopefully break free. I am BH married with wonderful young children and I am also lucky enough to have a decent job in my career. However, like the guy in the video, I have a dark side. I won't get into the details here.. because my dark side is too dark for this forum... I had a small period a few months ago where I made it 87 days without any lustful behavior, so I know I have it in me to overcome. Anyway, my wife just got home,... I will be back again in a few days.

Welcome!  I doubt that your dark side is too dark for this forum.  You can share in a way that doesn't get too graphic.  Either way, it's nice to have you with us.  Take a look at the handbook. Check out the "dov quotes" link in my signature.  Keep posting.
