It's good that you're coming back and taking responsibility for falling, that's the first step. I completely relate to the sentence you wrote about promising yourself it won't happen again. I did that for years until I found gye and learned some tools to use instead of just trying again to just stop.

I'm not sure which posts offended you but I assure you it was unintentional. The guys here like to keep things jokey. A sense of humor is usually very healthy in this struggle.
