Hi all. I hope you're having a good day. I find I am challenged at work with female staff who are not dressed tznius. I work in a medical office and hospital. Any suggestions to avoid the danger my eyes face and still be friendly.  I know that I am the only observant Jew that most of these people have ever met.  Want to maintain a kiddish Hashem.

Last I heard there was this guy tricycling in the Hospital hallways, and made SA meeting in one of the offices.
There's no signs about it???

I don't know about 'friendly' but if you talk with them with the eyes down to the floor you will definitely make a 'kiddish Hashem'.
