Hello this is my first post here.

I just read your whole thread and was strengthened and comforted somehow.

(i even borrowed off someones name and who knows...)

Mostly because I had a lengthy good run (around nine months) and had trouble restarting after a couple falls.

There's always an opportunity for a new start though.

I appreciate your courage posting all this through the challenges and i relate to alot here.

Like thinking surely by shevous ill be back sober etc... and its true for me what people said, if its then it might as well be tomorrow .......

Lessons that could be learned from sefirah.

Keep the eye on the goal.
One day at a time, (not to get carried away with the goal).
Every day has its own merit, (not throw away today because there's still a tomorrow).

I forgot to count sefirah two days ago (I think the first time in my adult life). It got me thinking which one of the above needs fine tuning. Probably all.
