I am so sick and tired of all this 
When can I just lead a normal life 
When will my family be normal again 
When will I feel happy/good with myself 
When will I learn to control myself in all areas of life.................

That's when I started a steady progressive diet of work. Escalated each step of the way. I just reached out Saturday night to the woman who saved my life. I thanked her again. She understood my frustrations. She encouraged, pushed and even threatened me into recovery. Real recovery. Thank God and thank her.

Know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It may be long, dark and dreary, but it is there, and it's worth it.

I am happy to hear that you see a light at the end of your tunnel but I think that I am in a parallel one....

Sometimes now, I fool myself, and forget what the tunnel felt like.
