ALL oil undergoes heat treatment at proccessing (save for extra-V*****,i.e. without experience) which is why ALL oil needs a hechsher (save for extra-V*****), and yet they all make a claim of containing more or less omegas so I don't quite get your point there.   
The motto in this kitchen is "Everything in moderation except masturbation", so a little canola oil won't hurt anyon​e

Another day clean.

I woke up early and went out to breakfast with my wife.
She enjoyed it a lot. I think it was too far away and a little too expensive.
It was definitely a connecting experience, though, which is exactly what I was going for.
She said that I gave with my heart,
whatever that means.
We walked out of there stuffed. 
(I will really have to exercise a lot to make up for that all-you-can-eat buffet)
It was nice spending time with her alone without the kids.

p.s. Dov said that he is starting a phone conference in another 2 weeks or so.
I may join it, I don't know. But if he is going to be a "super-stickler" with using my real name
that my wife calls me, then I won't do it.
I told him that I may rather meet someone, than join a phone conference with many people.
But he said that most people he knows, would think that it's a waste of time to talk to me,
since I'm not addicted. He compared it to a "kiruv professional" talking to a goy
about Judaism. Yes, he literally said that!
So, if that's the case, then the people he knows, I don't WANT to meet.

Out of boredom and escapism, I turned back on streaming videos Motzei Shabbos and today.
Not too good...not too smart.
And of course, I went to bed way too late.
I didn't fall all the way down, but it was an unnecessary risk that I was stupid to take.
Monday will be a better day.

Hard to feel too good about it.
No real energy to exercise.
Not too much learning or davening either.
But, when I am feeling overwhelmed, with no real answers to issues,
and just "escape in the cave" in the past (not too distant past either), 
I would pretty much certainly eventually start watching explicit stuff and wasting seed.
And this time I DIDN'T.
Looking at it from this perspective, it was a huge win, and I should feel good.

Still, Monday will hopefully be a lot better. I am going back to no streaming videos,
and I will daven and learn a lot better/more.
