Whether or not staring at women in the street is considered a fall, I personally have found that when I do that it leads me to porn. I have a much easier time staying clean when I'm not lusting for any woman.

1 day may be too long for me, but I take it OWAAT = One wave at a time, cause the lust comes and goes like a wave which rises and crashes.
