sorry for not being here for a few days, i am a student in jerusalem, baruch hashem we learn 4 hours a day Tora, and then i study computer engeenering, i am now in a middle of tests month (7 tests in 4 weeks), i think the reason why i am having a struggle is because the nervous of the tests, and there were 2 of them that i felt i could do better, and maybe thats why i felt i had not satisfaction ,maybe thats the reason for the hard time, now it feels better, but i truely afraid that this can come back because i opened a Petah (a hole) for the yezer hora... so i pray every day for a few years that Gosh will help me guard my eyes and also my thoughts! maybe a need to start dating in order to get married but i feel i am not ready yet for it.. i am 23.5 years old now...

Remember the one day at a time attitude.  It's cliche for a reason; it works.  Focus on getting through today, and if that's too long, then the next few hours, or hour.  Sometimes the lust momentum subsides if we remove ourselves from the situation.

Do you feel weakest when in isolation, alone with your mind?  I know that's a problem for me, so non-triggering distractions go a long way!
