startrekuser Current streak: 7 days OFFLINE Expert Boarder Posts: 148 Karma: 5	I've also been making a big effort to go to sleep early. When I go to sleep late, I enter the danger zone. Also, I've been staying away from all sugar near bedtime. That includes fruit. I find that if I have a significant amount of sugar close to bedtime, I feel anxiety, can't sleep and then I enter the danger zone.
