I think it might be better for me to work on the womens side

I work in a frum office owned by frum people. However there're many females working there as well. They're seated separately but they pass by a whole time. There're many of them that are very attractive. It's almost impossible to keep your eyes shut the whole day. I'm sure that there's millions of other Jews in the same or worse circumstances. So is there any solution to this issue?
I'm sure there's no magic solution. But there must be some way of keeping your mind clear.
There're a few men that chill with some girls as well. Even though I never did so. (Not cuz I'm better I happen not to be outgoing). When seeing that it also doesn't bring great thoughts into my mind.
So if anybody has a good idea I'll appreciate it.

Obviously (to me) the above solution was not going to save the worlds problems,
so MarkQ and his friends set about opening a new and improved building. In the new complex, clouded glasses will no longer be needed. Females will be allowed in since they are not the main cause of the challenge, rather every male who enters must wear a bubble suit, completely covering everything from his yamuka to the bottom of his shoes. No two workers will be allowed to be alone at the same time. If any worker should need to exchange information with another worker, a go-between must be used. If this does not solve the worlds problems, then I don't know what will! Maybe a trucking company can help.
