Hey, you did the first step, not being afraid to speak up, although all of us are hidden, still it takes courage to speak the struggle you (and many people) face. What happened with BMG?

I'm assuming you mean to ask about our recently joined friend, not about the Yeshiva in Lakewood. Unfortunately, it seems he went the way of so many people who join GYE. I'm only here for 2 months and I've seen people come and go, I hope they at least sign in, but I don't think so. These people could be helped. I wonder how we bring people on, and even more, once they are here, how do we keep them here? The first step is obviously to be welcoming and make them feel at home, but some of the people I've seen leave are people that were only welcomed and encouraged. It's heartbreaking to see them go. But what can we do? Every person has his own bechirah...
