Good evening wonderful people,

This is my first post, I was speaking with an advisor (I think that’s what he is) yesterday and he encouraged me to post on the forum.  I’m 36 year old, married with a 1 year old, and have been struggling with viewing inappropriate material and acting out for over 20 years.  I’ve had some slight ups and downs in this area and gone back and forth with my yiddishkeit in general over the years but B”H have been stable for many years and well before my marriage (other than this one issue primarily).  I do think that having other people to discuss this issue with could help me and vice versa.

I welcome any suggestions/advice on how to utilize the site, forums, etc in the most optimal way.

I’d also like to say that I’ve looked around briefly on the forum and wow are people brave here!  May Hashem grant us all clarity and help to help ourselves.

Hello. They usually tell people to read the GYE handbook.
