I cannot give advice I do not know you or the progress you have made recently

But I can say that Hashem loves you and for whatever reason has given you this nisayon and you have and will continue to grow from this

One last thought: I am sure you have spoken to your therapist and Mashgiach about this and I hope they have counseled you properly remember what they have said and dive in
It's most likely will get worse before better please do not get discouraged

Let us know when you can how things are going
