Hi I'm shmulik and I suffer from insomnia.  I think this has led to an obsession to masturbation.  Does anyone else suffer from the same thing?

Welcome!  Can you tell us more?  Did the obsession come first or the insomnia?  Have you been diagnosed with insomnia?  Some people say that they cannot fall asleep without masturbating, but the problem is the reverse.  The pent up frustration prevents them from falling asleep until they get a release.  Please clarify.
