Did not use any tactics to stop. My partner loves porn as well but not addicted as i am, any recommendation?

Welcome. In an ideal situation, this forum would be able to help anyone who is seeking it. It is however, slanted towards Orthodox jews and definitely has a strong emphasis on that society and lifestyle. That being the case, you may not find this forum very helpful (though I wish you much success), especially if it apparently exacerbates your problem as well.
