I am 17 and was watching inappropriate things on the internet w/o my parents knowing but now I have a smartphone with good filters for like 2 weeks so bh everything has been good so far but I would like to get it out of my head and recover from it iyh

Wow welcome, it's great to have you here!! I'm just reading around and see that there are a bunch of new guys signing up, which is AWESOME, but everyone seems to be posting a similar thing: Im x years old, been doing y for x number of x and have managed to stop for x number of x and found this site by accident. I'm so excited and a bit overwhelmed by all the tools can someone help me out, where do i get started??
I really want to get everything out of my head and cure myself and stop doing all these things forever, how do i do that?
