by me that little flame just keeps simmering inside even when I keep composure, and I just wanna unleash from it and crush this annoying yetzer hara! its like a nagging compelling force..Chazal do compare it to a fly..any thoughts or tips for a freshman?

It may be a good idea to accept the fact that taavas nashim is something that you're going to struggle with as long as you're a healthy male. 

That doesn't mean you can't be clean for long periods of time, or forever (one day at a time) it just means that you'll never be "cured" and "free".

I think that tayvas nashim is part of growing up for a healthy male. When you get married i think your tayva is supposed to be focused towards your wife and no one else. Ina ny case, inastruggle is absolutley right, we will nevr be truly cured and free from this tayva, just when you are married the tayva is being placed on an appropiate person(your wife)

well i found out the hard way that if you dont save it only for her it will couse you alot of problums and besides its very easy to confuse tayva   (lust) that you create with what you think will be for your wife
