I'm a 13 year old boy, and i' addicted to porn and masturbation. I've been trying to fight it on my own for about a year and a half, but it's not working. Does anyone have any tips or ideas for me.

I'm not too experienced with this myself, but I can tell you that there are many experts and caring people here so stick around, and that it's great that you can look around the forums and see where this addiction can lead you. oh.. and i think there is a teens corner forum that you can check out, and something for teens in the special resources, but love to see more posts from you.  Good luck!

I spoke to one of my rebbeim about it already, ut they just said everybody has these issues, just keep a chart, and from ym kippur to yom kippur decrease in the times you fall and then Hasem sees where you are going. He did'nt give me tips on how to prevent watching porn, or masturbating.

Cord, do you not think that Rebbi is inexperienced in lust issues?
And I assume that many are incompetent in these matters

I would think the best course of action is to contact the Heiliger eyes.guard@gmail.com, tell him where you live, and ask him who he recommends to be your best support

Has he given you now any prevention tips, or support?

he gave me support, not tips. He told me what to do after the fact not how to prevent it.
