Hi befree 10! Welcome aboard. I'm new myself. I have found through my work over the past year in SA is that the more honest I am, the more I'm willing to face the beast and to own up to what I am and what I do - the more power I have to give it over to Hashem and ask for His help. I have had several episodes where I was on the brink of mast***tion, admitted to Hashem that I wanted to do that, and then surrendered the desire to Him and asked him to remove it from me. When I did this out of complete humility, He not only took away the desire, He took away the pain in my gonads. I was amazed. I always thought I was connected to Hashem, but I have discovered in SA's 12 step program that there was some serious disconnect between Hashem and me. I wish you lots of siyata dishmaya.
