I personally can't relate exactly to your SIL problem, i never have had a crush on a family member. However maybe you can give it up to god? this is something i learnt in sa, and i am not selling sa at all, however i think it can be helpful. If god can create the world he can remove a lustful thought. I have found that if I truly ask hashem to help me with the thoughts then he delivers.

I haven't been on this Forum for ages. I am, by the grace of G-d, SA sober for 1,609 days (4 yrs. 4 mos.) When I went to SA 4 years ago I believed I was a sexaholic but I cannot honestly say that now. I can literally cry about the wreck I was back then when my mind was a 24 hr. soft porn movie theater and I needed to go to the mikva a few times a week.

Of course, there are always nisyonos and I still have bigger nisyonos than most men in these inyonim. I'm going to try the 90 day wall thing again to keep GYE clean instead of only SA sober.
