Recently i Bought from Amazon a Tally counter (that tiny clicker device that the Dep of health used to count the kids in sleepaway summer camps once a summer) 
i hold it in my pocket and every time i hold myself back from looking at woman i click, 
i started using it yesterday and today i have already almost 50 clicks!!


You can buy for very cheap for $1.79 from amazon for the small electronic version



If youre from the old guys that like Walkmans CD player you can buy a larger manual for just under $8.00 from amazon

Mr. Karl, its all a matter of perspective, if thats the way you see it i guess its not for you. To be honest we gonna have some looks and some look aways every day, we might as well count 'em, Mr. ybird aint suggestin' that we go around looking for women to look away from!!!!    

I ordered one from amazon to israel and paid over 25 dollars! for it but after 3 weeks they told me that it wasn't yet shipped and don't yet know when its going to be shipped so i cancelled it.
Does anyone know where I can find it in israel?

I don't think that the point is to reach 90 days, rather to gain a more positive attitude in this battle which could eventually help reaching 90 days too.

What are we doing here?
For me and for some others here as well, we're trying to learn to live a healthy, balanced life. Obsessing with every woman who enters my field of vision is neither healthy nor balanced. Whether staring at them or wanting to but fighting it.
It's all the same obsession. Either way, the mind is full of smut.

I'm not here to discourage you or anyone, if it works for you, go for it!

Like almost anything out there, for some people it works and for some people it doesn't. For me personally the clicker is a great tool, does not cause obsession with the women or sights at all. Many people that I have suggested this to have had similar experiences. Some have said it was a game changer for them, giving them the impetus and the power to change their habits while walking around on the street. While for some it doesn't work because it makes them think about their surroundings too much. 
Simple rule: Do what works for YOU

I found this idea a very big help, it gave me the strength to see what I can accomplish, even if I can't hold myself back every time it still shows that most times I'm in controll. When I walk down the street I just count in my head and click later, I love the feeling of looking away and screaming out in my head "ha I won this time" very often I fall but that's not the main thing.
