Of course the chizzuk and support helped me out thanks friends! We're gonna do this!!!

I had a strong urge but bh it passed . I try not to think how many days I have left but just to stay clean for today . This recovery is a process and if you try rushing it up your just gonna do damage. Iy"h I'm gonna continue to go strong !

Bh shabbis is coming which makes the struggle easier . Notice it's a 90 day "journey" not a 90 day " destination" it's all about the journey!!! Have a beautiful relaxing shabbos!!!!
