For years i was a student I know all too well the stress of school. With me i noticed the stress was on when I thought a lot of the huge amount of papers/tests and STUFF I just had to get done. When I just took a deep breathe and put my nervous energy into planning and then getting the job done instead, things were much more manageable.

Also, think of all the experience you've had where you thought that it eas too much and you got it done.

You did it then and you will do it again.

I'm done with most of my work and a lot less stressed out. I want to start reading more of the Big Book now and working on do a lot of the tangible self work that the program requires.

Thanks, Serenity. There's a very pristine, unopened Big Book hiding in my desk drawer. A lot of good it's doing me there.

I suceeded in weathering some tough temptation, so I'm feeling good. There's a lot to be said about just mentally giving in to the fact that you want to act out, admitting it yourself and letting go of the need to fight it.
