Joke, well actually I am alone at the comp and would like to act out. But to be honest (this a must in this fight I guess), your few words give me strength. When you just wrote

Today's is day 1, feeling good.

it really felt good. I mean the feeling of starting, when all is possible. Well on my days 1 I still felt kind of down from the last fall, but something kept me going. You know!? The feeling, that I could still do something good for someone. I could still help an old lady across the street (that really happened after one fall). And that feeling is so special and so real.

Well I don't know if you did it with a smile, but you sure did give me a smile through your writting.

	i used to look back all the time saying "oh no! what have i done! Hashem help me erase the past." and i never heard a response. finally i started looking forward saying "Hashem i'm leaving the past to you and i'm forgetting all about it. help me have a good future. help me from here and on be the person You want me to be." and that's where i realized Hashem had been waiting to help me all along
