Ok ok.... Just gotta get this out. The addict in me has just suggested flipping on youtube and of course NOT WATCHING p*, but just some good old 'normal' american 'entertainment'- no nudity... Of course, just appreciating 'female entertainment'.... This really is insane. I have fallen for this thousands of times. Right now- (and hoepfully for the rest of today) I shall not. Any chizuk is appreciated....

If you're not home, how are we supposed to visit?
Share a bissle, tell us how it's hanging...
Baby steps.
If the road is pulling you down, it's a sign that you are going uphill, so just press harder on the gas!

Have a great day - unless, of course, you made other plans.

im actually feeling a little happy and a little down. i did not restrain myself as i should have and viewdd p* last week. since then i have not. it was the first time this year that i looked (since RH). nad it was not a good move. I am BH still sober as defined by SA, though i did have a few close moments. (well,,, i guess every moment is a close moment) . whats bothering me is that i feel guilty. and am wondering if to discuss this wuith my wife or not. i feel i was dishonest. i also had some rules in place for if i looked which i a implimenting. i also reached out and broke the news o some recovery buddies. I still feel weighed down by the dishonesty i committed though i am not sure if i should say anything. thats been my question lately.... toda for stopping in fellows.

Like: gibor. Thnx. I have to look at the bright side- over the last month or two (3?) I think I honestly went from being a p* viewing sober guy- who though not m*ing regularly, still had little will or tools to use when overcome by the urge to look at p*. It bothered me that it didn't bother me that I was looking, and I felt myself totally out of control. I am now at a stage at least where looking bothers me. (Whereas before what bothered me was that it didn't really bother me and I could spend hours looking at p* and still feel 'ok' abt myself bc I was 'sober'.)

This is a step in the right direction. The problem is I still wanna look at p*. But I guess that'll take quite a while to chamge. That's my rant for now. Thanks for truckin by.
