I know I can make another email account just for GYE to solve this, but Id rather use regular email and just have a password...

If you're on GYE on a device that other people can access, you might want to use Incognito mode (in Google Chrome, or InPrivate on Microsft Edge).
That way, history and passwords don't get saved.
