Thanku hashem for an annoying brother that distracted me from my sadness lol!!!! Haha I’m dancing with my headphones in my room pretending I’m at my chasuna!!! Lol!im dancing cuz I’m an eved hashem now!!! I’m dancing because I’m so happy with some of advice that people gave me!!! With my mindset!!!! We can do this!!!! Last time was brutal, now it feels like I’m eating cheesecake haha!

Take a pen and paper and write yourself a letter describing your feelings of happiness. Illustrate how you know it's the correct option and how it's ratzon hashem. Write everything about why you made this decision and took this brutal plunge. Now tuck it away in a safe place, where you can access it and read it on a rainy day, when you start to second guess your holy decision. It will work wonders.

I went out with my future kallah yesterday! We both bought 2 notebooks and we’re gonna write in it and vent there and whatever I wanna tell her now I’m gonna write there!!! I’m gonna use this notebook tons lol!! And after when we reach our goal... we’re gonna give each other the notebooks... I’m writing everything in there! I’m so happy hashem is with me gave me such helpful ideas to keep the sadness away! 

I’m gonna post something very special now... In a very emotional state I’m shocked and wowed!!! (I’ve been seeing my sister saying a lot of tehillim lately... ) I just told my mom I get a mazel tov I just broke up and she gave me a huge hug she was so happy huge smile on her face and whatever... then she sits down and she tell me something... she says I wanna tell you a secret ... “your sister didn’t tell you who it’s for but it was for you...she’s been saying the entire tehillim straight (no interruptions in between) 2 hrs each day past 13 days I believe maybe it’s even more... and she’s been saying it special for me the entire thing ONLY for me! She understands this situation very well!!! Feeling so emotional... there should be many more sisters like this in the world! Tears in my eyes... I have such a beautiful family... I’m wowed such a caring sister?!? Such a person exists ?!?!?! You say tehillim for me?!?! The whole thing?!? 2 weeks already?!?! Wow hashem answered her teffilos now things are clicking in how this happened and why I’m dancing now!! I’m gonna buy her a huge gift right now!!! Going to the store ASAP !!! Wow, how I’m so lucky to have such a sister honestly!!! So caring!!! Tears  in my eyes... this young girl can daven so much for herself...  she has so much in her life that can get better!!! I’m amazed!!! Thanku hashem for creating such people in the world!!! To learn from there ways!!! I’m shocked such a caring sister she gets up early from her sleep she has a full day of work not married... and whatev sometimes she gets up 6am to say it for her dear brother that’s suffering a lil! Hi, I really don't wanna be the party crasher but sometimes it's good to hear some advice from a different angle, especially from someone who has been through this himself. Two years is a long time. People can and should change alot in two years especially during this time in your life. Additionally it will be extremely difficult to get through this time writing notes long term and keeping this girl on your mind 24/7. It will be very hard to function as an individual and it will hold you back from growing as a true ben Torah. If you are really serious about not getting back together during the next two years and want to avoid all contact you need to separate your mind from her. At least for now. It doesn't mean you don't care about each other. And if you wanna write some stuff down now great. But if you consistently take notes about this it will be very difficult in a couple of months. Impossible if you ask me. If you really care about this girl and you really want to grow as a person the best move you can do right now is to throw yourself into other things, learning would be one suggestion. And in a couple of years if it's meant to be it'll happen. Also if you try to reach out to her during this time it might backfire. I know about this because I went through this. I married my girlfriend. After we cut off all ties and went to yeshiva/seminary for a bunch of years. Ended up in kollel for many years afterwards. Not talking for these next two years will help you both grow and if you both end up hashkafically in the same place in two years and you both are still interested it'll happen. Hatzlacha!
